Free on-site assessmentSome projects carry a design fee. You hear the number before any work starts.

A landscape starts as a drawing. Ours are built around what you want to do outside, what your soil and sun will support, and what you plan to spend. You get a plan you can read, with the plants named and the hardscape laid out, before anyone lifts a shovel. Mature landscapes, canopy oaks and homeowners who notice details. A lot of our lighting and outdoor living work happens here.

What the design covers

Bed layout, plant selection, sod, walkways, patios, retaining and seating walls, lighting, and irrigation zones. We design for how the yard drains, where the shade falls in August, and what will still look right in five years.

Who draws it

Our design consultants are UF-trained horticulturists and ISA Certified Arborists. Plant choices follow Florida-Friendly Landscaping principles, so the yard needs less water and less rescue.

How it turns into a price

The design feeds a clear, itemized proposal. Nothing on it is a surprise, because you already saw the drawing.

Questions we get on the first call.

Is there a design fee?

Some projects have one. We tell you whether it applies and how much at the first conversation, before the on-site assessment.

Can you design around an existing patio or pool?

Yes. Most of our designs work with what is already there and add to it.
